I think people take issue with you because of how you overpower other threads on politics forum. They don’t want this to go the same way. It’s been a fantastic source of information this thread.

Why do some have yellow armbands on?

Yellow armbands signify that they're civilians fighting as part of the Ukraine army. It appears these people were using it as a disguise when as acting as saboteurs.

Sky News reporters were saying they're pulled over all the time at checkpoints and have had a few hairy moments where they've been accused of being saboteurs. The people manning checkpoints will be on the lookout for anything that might set someone apart.

Putin with his back to the wall is a worry, but you have to be proud of how (almost) the rest of the world has stood up to him. If there is a nuclear holocaust on the way, whoever survives it should at least know that the vast majority of decent folks in the world tried to stop him.
