I know you’re not. Russia will most likely prevail eventually. But if you’d taken bets ahead of time, most would have said it’d be over by now. I’d have said so.

I agree, Russia will win eventually, but the absolute bravery and resistance of the Ukrainians has shown Putin up for what he is, in effect a victory of sorts.

Putin is now completely isolated with former allies turning against him. He couldn’t have miscalculated this more if he tried. He will be finished and probably dead very soon, leaving his country in a desperate state. He will go down in history as the man who brought His homeland Russia to its knees due to his own idiocy.
