Mods can you merge this with the 478 page thread on the politics forum please
Take the unnecessary politics waffle and personal tit for tat out of it and it would be a lot less ;) On a serious note, I think most on here will have an interest in but not sure 2 threads in different forums would help.

Bear in mind that when you come into the SMB forum you can see a thread has been updated as it's up near the top on the 1st page. If like me people use the WATCH forum option (I have Pure Football and SMB) then clicking the NEW POSTS link to see latest updated threads is easier to keep track of active threads.

I haven't watched the Politics forum to see if there's been another post in the thread as it would also drag the many other active threads in the Politics forum in there! Personally I'd just have the big one in the SMB forum so it's there and people don't have to venture into the Politics forum each and every time they want an update, especially if they want to see it often. I can get there quick enough as I can just click a link on a notification instead as I'm active in the thread but others may not post as regularly or just want to read the latest posts without having to check the forum for it.

Because the politics page is only open to logged in members that why.

Has the content in the thread really been enough to justify the members only viewing or is it simply because that's where it started and has stayed?

Inevitable Putin will "win" this war but at a far bigger cost. In my opinion he never in a million years expected this fight back and backlash. He has to throw everything at the Ukraine now force wise. He's fucked up big time

I don't see how you can get to this conclusion at this point in time.

I'd like to agree and hope it were true but the reports that 'they're behind schedule' and running short of equipment and materials are just jumped up clap trap imo. Twitter in particular is nothing more than propaganda and fake news from both sides.

Have to see how the dust settles and see what actually transpired.

Can’t imagine what it must be like to be a citizen volunteer Ukrainian in Kyiv right now.

Hell approaching from above, in front and on both sides. Missiles and air raids about to deliver serious firepower. Your dug into you temporary fortifications with your jeans on and an AK47 grasped in your hand, your wife is in the apartment block above with a Molotov cocktail.

Stand firm lads and lasses. Stand firm and be brave. Know the world is watching abs is in your side.

Boris Johnson confirming we’ll “of course be taking refugees.”

Good news. Seen all sorts of rubbish on social media to the contrary.
Like the Governments official page stating it won't, that sort of rubbish?

But thank goodness. I mean if Boris is saying it it, it will definitely absolutiey happen, he's *known* for his integrity

It is because all of the politics forum is only open to logged on members. Happy to have the thread moved onto this board. I just think the discussion needs the widest audience possible.
