If the Russian invaders pack up, turn around, and leave Ukraine then there will be no need for Ukrainians to defend themselves.

Best to not go in, if we do, Putin will have the support of his people, at the moment things aren’t going the way he planned and a lot of Russians might turn against him.

Can't see it. Putin could be bogged down for months here meeting heavy resistance and then guerrilla tactics from the Ukrainians. He'll be ousted by his own people, eventually.

Especially if he gets really angry at not making progress and spits his dummy out and starts a real onslaught.

I see in this tweet it's also been on the BBC and they look pretty calm given the circumstances as if it's just a normal day doing a group activity and not that they're preparing for an attack by making molotov cocktails! 🤯 What a f***ing shit situation for them to be in and I hope this is all over sooner rather than later for them and everyone else.

It should be 100% partisan. Surely no one is neutral or in support of the invasion.

Ultimately, it doesn’t matter whether Russia call it off and leave Ukraine tonight or the invasion only ends once every Russian soldier is killed. As long as the war ends with Ukraine as the independent and democratic country it was that’s all that matters.

Sadly, it won't.
Putin will keep feeding his forces in til they win.
Ukrainians will obvly inflict heavy casualties in the meantime, but Russia will overrun them eventually
