Heard about that on the radio. There are some incredibly stories already of the bravery of some people…makes me realise I’m a massive f***ing coward.
No you aren’t mate, they are showing tremendous bravery but I have no doubt that you would step up to the mark in similar scenario

Look I don’t like Putin, I’m just saying there are two sides to each story.
Yeah. And here one of them is a sovereign country and the other is an invading army.

Just because there are two sides to every story doesn't mean they have equal validity. In this case, one is utter horse plop. If you don't like my reaction, take that of the rest of the world. Who's out there saying Putin is just fine and dandy for doing this?

'Rather grim intelligence briefings today on fears that Russians frustrated by unexpected resistance will unleash thermobaric weapons and indiscriminate shelling on Kyiv in a bid to break through with horrific consequences for civilians. This is grim news if you've followed Russia's military conduct in Syria and its use of these weapons in place like Aleppo. These are not weapons to be used on civilian populated centres. We are looking at war crimes.'

We all make posts we regret, especially on highly charged and emotive subjects. But how will you reconcile yourself with that?
I agree, but surely making stuff up is crossing a line, more so on a thread like this.

Is it trolling, hoping to get a few bites, a true misunderstanding and not really getting to grips with history or just repeating bad information?

We have all likely been caught out at some point, but if you might have something wrong and are pulled up on it, at least have the guts to either explain yourself and debate your view point or man up and admit your wrong.

If Putin gets desperate then I think he will have no problem using these kinds of weapons. It does contradict the ceasefire rumours though..

They’ve already committed plenty of war crimes, I doubt they are afraid of more, what are people going to do, sanction them even more? Putin has no fear of potential retaliation so the question needs to be asked of do we call his bluff.
