Russia invading Ukraine (NEWS/UPDATES)

This is fascinating. A suggestion that - perhaps - things have gone wrong for the Russians.

Really interesting. I’ve seen a few things about the logistics issue.

Although arguably the further they go into Ukraine and the more they take the less of an issue it should be. A massive part of the logistics is food and fuel for 100k troops and frankly they can loot that (Not sure what tanks run on admittedly). Ammunition, mortars, rockets etc… different issue

The other thing to start factoring now is fatigue. Certainly the Russians will have been up now and advancing for 48-60 hours. I doubt they are getting much if any rest near the front lines considering the demand for pace. Going to be some tiredness setting in and that can make a difference in life and deaths battles

Just seen that footage of a Russian tank making a beeline towards & flattening a moving civilian car. Heart sank thinking poor bastards inside, luckily and amazingly next clip shows locals prying open the twisted wreck with an alive old person, pretty much unhurt inside

I really hope so, dont particularly want to to hear about their soldiers deaths but successful victories for Ukraine would be music to my hears.

Excellent insight there.

Good point, bet the first lot of Russians that entered Ukraine are absolutely fucked.

Interesting, I certainly don’t think Putin expected this level of resistance. But like that man has said if that’s just a third of Russias troops and Ukraine are already giving out guns to anyone able bodied, you’d think Russia can choose to end this whenever they want. I’m still praying this blows up from within, no one wants this apart from that mentally deranged twat bag.

They are giving out guns to give themselves the best chance.

They have 450k full and part time armed forces. Plus national guard, police, civil defence force and now significant armed civilians.

It wasn’t pure desperation to give out guns. Most estimates are they have lost at most a couple of thousand men. They just want to enable as much resistance as possible and there is a pscops element to Russian troops of never being safe in Ukraine with so many innocuous armed civilians appearing at any moment

Fuck them! Their bombing kids and purposely running over elderly people in their car!
I agree with your sentiment but they don't need to broadcast it. Russia will use any propaganda well, they shouldnt feed them with legitimate videos, which may effect any support they may have in Russia. Putin needs pressure from every angle. Especially internally as I think that is the only way he can be taken out without someone just as angry taking over.

Plus the fact that as much as Putin rants, Slavs are fighting Slavs. That must count.
