Every single Western democracy should have troops in Ukraine now. They should have had troops in Ukraine two weeks ago.
Putin should have been under no illusions that if he wanted to invade Ukraine, he would have to declare war on the entire western world in the process. Then it wouldn't have happened.

They have been in Ukraine along with others. Problem is they can't get into a striaght war with Russia (yet) so they are basically just supplying them with as much equipment to defend themselves as possible at the minute.
If they are thinking that Russia will be attacking Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia the. They probably will have to get involved but then we are in World War 3.
They'll be hoping despite it kicking off they can still get to some form of resolution by getting round the ttavle whilst the damage isn't too high but still preparing for it all to go to shit.

There comes a point where we have to start standing up for what's right again. The entire western world seems to have been overcome by a complete crisis of moral confidence. A friendly European country has been invaded by a hostile enemy state, it's people are dying in the streets trying to defend themselves, and we're issuing "sanctions" and press releases. No wonder he decided to do it. He knows the West is all fart and no sh*t these days.
