You’re right. But when one of them unequivocally stated that KLD had 52% of the shares and is still acting like he knows whats going on and is being backed up by others, it’s just crap.

People getting stuff about players signing and then things falling through or managerial appointments going awry is all fair enough. That happens like

aye but as we've seen with Kyril , a majority shareholder is dependent on the minority approving and funding any future investments.

Anyone who doesn't take 100% is hoping the club can get by on its own income alone

Tend to agree with this. Supporters are frustrated because most of the investment is not on the pitch, but in the pitch and other infrastructure.

Fair enough and that’s your prerogative but it’s irrelevant to the point I was making. The poster who mentioned that there’s going to be bad news about the state of the club in the coming days is the same one who unequivocally stated that KLD had 52% of the shares and more new investment was coming in January.

KLD has 41% and it’s nearly March and there’s been no new investment.

Had pretty much nowt at all to do with the club which is the only reason I posted on the thread as was probably the worst thread for the original post mentioning it to be put on.

Yes. There have also been quite a few staff outgoings too. That’s fair enough but to dress it up as major investment in infrastructure is somewhat misleading.

before KLD came we had no COO, DOF or chief scout...

ITKs are great. These threads can be popcorn worthy! What I hate is ‘I know something but I’m not saying’. That can only be deemed attention seeking, surely? If someone has info they won’t share with the board, why mention it and piss people off? They could just say nothing.

Compared to other clubs i'm certain we'll find out a lot of money has been invested in the club. In the infrastructure and the first team in comparison to others - fees and wages. I'm guessing we'll possibly be third/fourth maybe even higher.
The issue is that our facilities and size makes us more hungry/costly than others and that our first team haven't performed ie we haven't done it well at first team level due to a combination of injuries, bad signings that have reduced our options, badly balanced squad, committing to a flawed system - philosophy if you want to call it that and neither coach so far being able to get us defensively solid.

It's all relative to the pandemic backdrop and the level of financing in league one ... as that's where we are. KLD investments are miles above what most other clubs are doing in this league. It's really frustrating that this hasn't translated to results on the pitch, all the more so because on Dec. 31 it looked very good.
