Belarus getting involved has ruffled a few feathers.... They said they were neutral, hence the minsk agreement, but it's clear at this point neither Russia or Belarus were fully invested in it.

More importantly both countries border 3 NATO countries... Latvia aren't happy and invoked Article 4 to draw up military plans.
