NUFC and other Sportswashing 2022 - Part 3

The fact Staveley had to borrow money tells me all I need to know.

Am I expected to believe that she has to borrow money yet the majority shareholders will spend over a billion quid on the playing staff?

 not sportswashing though, they're break cultural barriers.

Have a browse on his time line and you will see he is a pretty sad individual with an empty life filled by NUFC. Unfortunately lockdown + takeover gave these people an opportunity to gain some followers and a platform.

It is pleasing to see the dissent in many of the replies. You can be a good mag but and not have to fawn all over KSA.

The "special share" for 40m was a very left field move. Let's see if they do the same in the summer.

If you see my posts you will see I have repeatedly asked if she will match the funding or will she be diluted, so this caught me out. Seems the Saudi's think it is worth keeping her in place as the smiling face of the ownership. But you don't borrow 30m with no exit on the horizon. I have seen mags respond with the Glazers situation, but that was an LBO with Man Utd cash flows paying the interest. This is personal borrowing by AS.

Sold on in summer 2026 to some random Saudi prince.

Saw this yesterday. Another reminder of the silliness of those who claim the current power dynamic in NE football will last forever, when the country responsible for their hubris hasn't even been in existence as long as our club.
Is the current power dynamic in North East football due to current NUFC ownership? Seems a stretch.

It goes in cycles and always has, as you well know if you don't subscribe to 'football was invented in 1992' revisionism. The current bellicosity and boasts of idiots like Michael Martin about the permamence of the situation are based wholly on our current predicament coupled with the assumption NUFC will be funded indefinitely by a backward Arab petro-state.

That Kendall Rowan is taking Arabic lesson fuck sake

She is a classic example of someone with very limited knowledge of football and NUFC who took advantage of lockdown, the media's drive for equality and the takeover to grow her followers. She knows the game she is playing and it really shows how pathetic men are when the hint of some cleavage gets you 20k+ followers.

How long are the cycles, on average?
