Confirmed KLD only owns 41%

For your own mental health, you need to leave politics where it belongs. Inflecting your opinions on football with politics is ridiculous and ultimately bad for you.

My own mental health has absolutely nothing to do with you.

I don’t appreciate your attempt to bait me by mentioning it either.

Boycott until the Madrox parasites are gone. It’s the only way.
A few questions on this.
1 How does this get them out ?
2 How would this affect KLD and other investors commitment ?
3 Would this help the football improve
I refused to go under Donald and I’ve been again since KLD. I’m not sure if there’s any point in a boycott or even a campaign but as you can tell I despise them. Still waiting for someone to suggest something that might help. It boils me up but the only way is them two greedy shites to be bought out. Donald doesn’t even go or even help. We can’t make his life hard by not going without f***ing up our club surely ? They’ve got us between a rock and a hard place because they’re rich enough to do it

Methven and Donald are clearly still a cancer within the club, and need cutting out.
They’re a pair of inept, lying, shitty winnets who have pure disdain for our club and supporters. Those that have backed or spoke out against our own fans for them, are stupid and/or lickspittles.

KLD has been silly, purposely misled our fans, and has rightly lost a massive amount of good faith. I’d like to think he still has genuine intentions to progress the club. Alas, keeping them around was always gonna turn out bad.
He needs to address the fans within the next few days of how things work with them all being involved, and what endgame is. And how he plans to move everything forward.
We’ll see what comes from this evening.

I know that RAWA haven’t been everyone’s cup of tea, but we should be grateful we have lads volunteering, who want what’s best for the club, and are so clued up.
I, and many others, were told a month ago they thought KLD only had 41%. Alas, without it being 100% fact, had to bide their time whilst people on here claiming to know it all, and arseholes like @Hep, shouting down anyone who were sceptical.
We have some very clued up supporters as part of these groups, and that is a good thing for our beloved club.

Is this £15M left in his pocket after he has paid back the clubs money he used?
This is the crux of the matter, of the other 2 Charlie put nothing in and got his percentage for work done, it was reported that JS put in 3M for his 20% and therefore SD got 74% mainly by using the parachute payment. They stated they paid 40M for it but 25M of it was our money therefore they paid 15M. This was later changed to 37M and in effect the stumped up 12M between them of which 3M came from JS so SD paid 9M, he has already got 15M back for 41% and still has 34% of the shares, effectively he is funding his share from our money as he is still 6M in pocket. It has been stated by people on here that some of the money has been put back in,but can't remember how much something like 11M was mentioned, but I think they also removed a obligation to pay the rest. My figures are probably incorrect but somewhere near I think.

Bit much for you dumbo? I’m sure you have some wisdom to offer ‘get the cockney ***** out’

This remains the most bizarre claim ever

More wisdom than your f***ing cod socialism. Suppose the takeover would have went swimmingly had Jeremy Corbyn been voted in? Your an absolute f***ing berk and the posters now flocking from the politics board with the same shite tells you everything you need to know

Ellis Short's due diligence seems only to have been for the viability of his return & nothing else, and the Madrox consortium are still plaguing the club...to hell with the fibre of the region or the proud traditions with the club when their lineage has its fortune on the line.

They are running out of corners to manoeuvre in, though, with surely no more shares to dangle to attract the investment of speculators. Their inept football acumen and irretrievable relationship with the fan base will see their asset turn to debt in time , and the clock is ticking faster than expected I feel.

They may actually have sealed their fate with the self inflicted humiliation of sacking & failing to replace Lee Johnson, throwing automatic hopes to the wind just days before revealing they are entirely to blame for the fiasco.
Short was only ever going to go with whoever gave him the deal that would allow him to depart on the best possible terms for him. He must have thought all his birthdays had come at once when these knackers showed up. He’s a yank businessman. It’s what they do. He didn’t become a billionaire by being kind hearted.

A few questions on this.
1 How does this get them out ?

There are likely two ways in which this happens, the most likely is that it would damage the ‘brand’ to such an extent that either a prospective buyer would get a more favourable price for their share and they would see sense and sell before their price gets worse OR they take the hint about how despised they are and of how much damage they’re doing to both the club and their own reputation that they have no option but to sell.

In essence both of those ‘ways’ are the same and could go hand in hand towards the desired goal.

2 How would this affect KLD and other investors commitment ?

If the messaging from fans groups is right, there’s no reason why it should have any negative affect on either. KLD should and could quite easily be made aware of the strength of ill-feeling towards the parasites and why.

As for prospective investors - SAFC has a lot of good things going for it as a ‘brand’ (I hate that term but it’s how these people see these things). So many things about the infrastructure of the club is Premier League. Even if the running of and the playing of it has been closer to Sunday League of late.

The running of and the playing of side are very cheap fixes in the grand scheme of things and anyone with any business sense will know that.

I think ultimately, there are several clubs in a far worse state who’ve attracted investors of late.

3 Would this help the football improve

I would hope Alex Neil would be the main factor in that. Again, if the messaging is right and the players know it’s not about them I see no reason why it would have effect either way.

I’m not saying that is the silver bullet myself, but the only real power that any fan has left nowadays is to vote with their feet. Continuing to go to games won’t work, Donald and Methven don’t even go to the SoL so any protest in the ground in terms of singing/banners etc is going to do nothing to them. For me, the only way these people will feel pain is their investment and their asset being damaged.

If the ground is empty and it’s made clear it is empty because of them - their bottom line starts to get hit. No ticket money coming in, sponsors being pissed off as a result, it’s the money aspect for me that needs to be hit. It’s the only language they understand.

The supporters deserve clarity. I think that it is incumbent on the owners to communicate clearly and often. They are - to borrow a phrase - only ever really custodians. The supporters deserve to know enough to understand what really motivates the owners, what it is that they actually want to achieve and how they propose to achieve it. From what I can see too many supporters at Sunderland dont have a handle on this those things. Whether that is the fault of the owners or not I wouldnt like to say, but it seems to me that some clear and transparent statements from the owners at this stage would certainly help.

Very good point by Simon Jordan on Talksport there. I'm not a fan of him btw but he said why hasn't KLD with his suspected wealth not bought Madrox out from the start?

We are making a loss and at the moment KLD only has to fund 41% of the loss. Better than funding 100%. The others have to put in 59% of the loss. Can't see us breaking even any time soon. They'll sell their shares for less in the near future IMO.
