Next thing is to look at board composition.

Sunderland - KLD, Treuer, Levin. 100% KLD.

SAFC - KLD (KLD), Treuer (KLD), Levin (KLD), Davison (KLD)), Sartori (probably KLD), Vambuca (presumed SD), Jones (?)

So, in terms of day to day control of both companies, KLD is clearly in charge.

The biggest problem is how future funding arrangements work, an area for RAWA to push at perhaps.

Above all, we need clarity from tomorrow's meeting.

So many parallels with what we went through.
This is the smokescreen with holding Companies and shareholding.
The job for the boys arrangements keep the voting power and I guess so much more behind the funding.

For those that are “done with it” get it 100% but now is the time to get one voice though an official Supporter route or trust etc.
Football is corrupt and underhand. Cash can be moved very quickly as we found out.
Stand firm as it will get heated and desperate but above all it’s your Club and don’t walk away from it.
Some decent posters and brains behind the Supporters. Was the same with our club as we right the 8 years of pure hell. Sunderland will never die though.

Sadly I don’t think those that need to hear will be there to hear it outside of the ground on Saturday. Only way to make them listen is to hit them financially and reputationally

Also heard that LJ was promised the new pitch, as he liked to play fast passing football and the promise was not kept. Hence the state of the pitch and part of the reason he couldn’t get the team to play.

That’s what I could never work out about this “arrangement” why would he invest heavily knowing it was going to enrich the turd twins. I’m not a finance wallah but I’ve seen a couple of episodes of Dallas.

He’s also sitting with methven at games and joking on with him. Doesn’t seem to be much animosity among them if you ask me.

It's still deception no matter how it's dressed up. Yes technically KLD has the biggest slice of the pie as an individual but at the same time Madrox still have a majority shareholding. The guise that there was a takeover is bullshit. They've just had a reshuffle. Same idiots calling the shots.
