mate its fine, you care thats important.Tell you what Bob, I've given you some outrageous abuse on here, but you were spot on with this not being a proper takeover. I do apologise.
Ooooh, they won't like that. The pressure has been on properly for about 3 days regarding the shares and look what's already come out.
Let that be a lesson to anyone who says that fan power/pressure or protests won't achieve anything.
I’d take a punt in big Mike over these c untsWish they'd all fuck off..
Where's Big Mike.. fuck Derby
noDid Sartor i get more shares when KLD came on board?
nowt to do with them 2 honest mate.Keane would see through Methven’s pr bullshit straight away, wouldn't surprise me if him & SD still being involved is the reason Keane walked away
Exactly mate..I’d love him as our owner He’s get us into the top flight and sustainable once we get there.
Surely that's only the case if not all of the shares are voting shares? If every share is a voting share then, with 41% of the voting shares, kld doesn't hold a majority of the company's voting stock and therefore wouldn't have a controlling interest.'A controlling interest is when a shareholder holds a majority of a company's voting stock. A shareholder does not have to have majority ownership in a company to have a controlling interest as long as they own a significant portion of its voting shares.'
Giving KLD a controlling interest.
Not for 1 second am I condoning the actions of the club or its shareholders but thought it would be of benefit to everyone to define a controlling interest so we all know exactly what denotes a controlling interest when compared to a majority ownership.
The lies struck a positive chord with many on here.Despite certain figures repeating Father Ted's phrase "the money was just resting in my account" over and over again akin to Goebbels' notion that if you "repeat a lie often enough and it becomes the truth". Apparently a common tactic in modern PR firms.
He'd do the job..I’d take a punt in big Mike over these c unts
This is a good point, they could have restructured it so that only KLD's shares have any voting rights, or at least in a way that gives him over 50% of voting rights.'A controlling interest is when a shareholder holds a majority of a company's voting stock. A shareholder does not have to have majority ownership in a company to have a controlling interest as long as they own a significant portion of its voting shares.'
Giving KLD a controlling interest.

Exactly mate..
Our foundations are barely even foundations anymore..
No wonder the clubs fucked!
i know Mikes PA , she is from Totteridge village, she did say he would buy another club. i asked her if he would buy us, she pissed herself laughing.I’d take a punt in big Mike over these c unts
He does. Individually he owns 41% Giving him a majority as no other shareholder Individually owns more that 41%. You can't just look at the other 59% as one share holding. It's split 3 ways. All 3 holding less than 41% each.Surely that's only the case if not all of the shares are voting shares? If every share is a voting share then, with 41% of the voting shares, kld doesn't hold a majority of the company's voting stock and therefore wouldn't have a controlling interest.
