Correct. He lauded over people who didn't understand as much as him. He claimed KLd had to have at least 51% and wouldn't listen to anybody who claimed otherwise.

Have you looked at the definition of 'controlling interest' you can't just add 3 separate individual share holders together and class them as 1. Fact is KLD has the controlling interest as an individual the other 3 as individual have less shares. Therefore not a controlling interest.
Collectively they own more of the club. But KLD alone trumps them all in terms of individual holding.
