I think any shareholder with a third of the shares will demand a voice and be listened to, whether they are personally in the board or not.I can't be bothered to read most of the last 55 pages but only KLD is on the board of directors so it is still debatable what influence the other shareholders have on the day-to-day operations. That said, they appear to have been influential in the managerial appointment so questions have to be asked and the sooner SD and CM fuck off the better.
