The forum is called pure football. The more accurate title for this thread would be "commentary on Newcastle twitter/posters arguing with each other". Its rare that actual football is discussed in this thread nowadays. I'm not surprised it goes over the line sometimes.

Maybe this is weird of me to say but....if people want to engage with Twitter content.....why not go to twitter?

But the reality is NUFC are so small time. Look behind the flags and 52k fans (must be an away fans ban) and the most excited they got on Tuesday was someone dressed as a dinosaur and booing JP.

This isn’t accurate. The most excited I got was when NUFC won a really important game in a fight against relegation, massively important result.

I am blocked my Mouth of the Tyne so can't reply. But it is almost as if they have no concept of how football works to make such stupid statements. The still have paddling pools at the training ground.
