Bedsheets? Bouycoutt?!

Some precious fuckers on here mind. Demanding which players we sign, demanding which manager we appoint. What next, demanding who supplies the electricity?

Would you dare tell your neighbour what car he can park on his drive or what friends are allowed to visit them in the house they own?

Whos demanded any of that? All I want is transparency about who owns what amount of the football club and a football club who isn't in the third tier.

'Precious fuckers' happy to sit by as we drift into the abyss of becoming an also ran 3rd tier club for the foreseeable?

Protesting is NOT the answer. The most defiant action we could take is to get right behind the coaching staff, temporary or otherwise, and the players during games.
Doing nothing whilst madrox kill the club is NOT the answer. This kind of absolute guff about really getting behind the lads is utterly tiresome.

We've done that home and away in the 3rd tier for a while now and it's got us nowhere. The atmosphere is going to reflect the support in the next few games; it'll be flat as a fart. So give over with the faux rallying calls of "getting behind the lads".

It's time to stop being taken for granted.

I’m beginning to think someone chinning one of them in the Colliery Tavern is the closest thing to accountability they are likely to see.
Signs/banners in the ground followed by converging on the SOL entrance post the next home game?
Mass giving the game a swerve resulting in a sub 20k crowd?
Descend on the AOL when we know the leadership will be there?

I'd be up for either of those if something can be organised.

No protests have ever directly resulted in a change of ownership other than at a time and price of the owner's choosing, Blackpool was a slight exception; the Oystons were forced to sell by the result of a legal case. It wasn't down to the fans staying away. Protests are a bit like the valve on a pressure cooker; they make a lot of noise and relieve tension. And that's about it.
Protests highlight the plight of a particular situation. They bring a bit of media attention to the situation. They make it clear to people in charge that their support/customer base is pissed off.

The club can of course ignore those protests. If they do they may find their asset becomes devalued as supporters start to stay away. They don't want that.

And the protests against Murray were quickly followed by him selling so there's very strong evidence to suggest protests brought change at this very football club.

Rich future with chance of trophies, because that's the fear, the money will give them, imagine if we had that chance, one major trophy in almost 50 years, its a tough one like.

Say that to villa fans, and Blackpool and Charlton, and all the rest of the supporters in the UK who have protested against their club, that's the great lie of it being only Newcastle fans truth is it isn't just them.
One in 65 for the scum

Given at least a couple of our remaining games are likely to have no stakes at all a mass walk out seems a decent idea.

Turn up, grief them for five minutes, walk out en masse.

A pre planned walk out would get my vote.

I think many would get on board with that too to be honest.

Of course, the bastards don’t realise the hatred against them now, like that smug twat sitting next to the co owner at Cheltenham

Just ask the fellas who kidnapped SDs kid. I mean they don’t exist but you could ask them anyway.
Refresh me on that please

I don't care how 'Mag-esque' it is, I don't care how many sarcy comments people make, I'll just hit 'ignore' on them, I don't care how many people do a hilarious misspelling of boycott, and I don't care how many people claim that people who protest aren't 'true supporters'.

The club we love, and have spent our lives loving, has been taken over by leeches. Dishonest, incompetent chancers who have taken money out of the club, employed their mates and other assorted idiots, criticised the fans, put nothing back into the club, and delivered the four worst teams in our 143 year history. When the three original chancers were found out, they just went out, found another one, hid behind him, and pretended they sold the club - when all they had done was add another chancer to the mix.

They have taken the piss out of our loyalty, knowing that our fatal flaw is that, EVERY season since we have been in League One (apart from the season behind closed doors), we have had higher attendances than any other club has ever managed at this level. 38395 of us were there last Saturday. That's incredible. It should also be embarrassing for the owners.

The shambles of the managerial situation, and the non appointment of Roy Keane is a watershed moment. It was (rightly or naively) the last light at the end of the tunnel. It has just been switched off.

Already there are lots of individuals coming to the conclusion they have had enough. I completely understand it, and right now I feel that way myself. It will also change nothing.

The club we love will never progress until these people are gone. Supporters of clubs in far, far healthier positions than us have organised protests on various issues, and they have often worked.

It is way past time that we arranged a protest. I don't claim to know what that looks like, or how it would work. But this is now an existential crisis for the club, and it is way past time that as supporters, we fought back against it.
Are we having a protest outside of Keane’s house or his agents out of interest ?
