Regarding training, loads of managers don't take training sessions. Thats why they employ the best coaches as Ferguson did.

Hasn't got an agent mate. Never has had. Had a lawyer that used to look over contracts, but does everything else himself.
Plus, he would have wanted to see how things were being run, and to a certain extent, play our boards interview game.

But again, the idea he will go to a club as big as us and get total control is not just gonna happen in modern football

I cant see him managing again personally
