I have no idea who is right and who is wrong, but your source said on Monday that Keane wanted the job, whereas this other poster is saying he turned us down on Monday.
I don’t about him turning it down mind since Monday afternoon I’ve been told he will be the next Sunderland manager. Guess we may find out when at the press conference.

If Keane is getting a 2 and a half year deal like one lad suggested earlier then I think speakman will be gone soon after. Really can't see Keane effectively reporting to a glorified academy manager with a spreadsheet fetish. We do need to control transfers etc much better than we did under short, but we also need out of this f***ing league. And if we need to have a style of play that stays consistent when coaches leave, I think I'd rather it was a hard working, take no shit keano type of side than whatever Johnson was putting together
Totally agree.

Not my ego mate but some of the abuse I’ve had is out of order, I get there’s been so many bullshitters so people have their guard up but as I’ve said many times because of who has told me I 100% believe it. People chose to ignore what I said on Monday that turned out to be true and just pick to bits anything that looked strange. Anyway I’ll have a nosh if one’s going spare
To be fair I'd be more bothered about the nosh anarl rather than what is said on here but I've got a terrible gag reflex so you'll have to look elsewhere. Wouldn't let it bother you if people believe you or not.
