If that’s the case and he made a huge cock up ..the longer he dosnt address it with fans and take responsibility then the worse it gets

Dodds -will take some blame for the two games in charge ( fair ) but had a right pop about the previous 6-
KLD and Speakman have said nothing about our demise or what’s happening for days -why didn’t we bring in defenders to replace those that left as an example ?
No player as far as im aware took responsibility in talking about yesterdays defeat and what they are doing as a collective to sort it.

If they think they are doing the right things and haven’t made mistakes, they should come out and justify it.
 
Doesn’t matter who gets the job, we can’t defend and are weak as piss in midfield and can’t bring anyone in.
 
I'm still beyond belief that the club didn't have a shortlist, full fleshed out with all the background - so that all that was needed was a conversation to confirm the plan, and then an offer on the table.

How we've managed to "lose" 2 games in this process is a disaster.

For all the pelters we have been giving at Dodds and Proctor in our moments of fury, on reflection I feel bad having calmed down a bit and having taken stock of the last 4 or 5 days. Those two who have been pushed into a place they didn't want, actually feel sorry for the blokes as they are hopelessly out of their depth and it can't be nice being hauled in front of a camera to explain.

The ****houses above hiding away at the same time.
 
I think they've sacked Johnson with a candidate in mind and the interest from Keane has complicated things.

I don't think the club would want to give him a long contract but I can't imagine him wanting to sign anything less than a three year deal so that could be a stumbling block

Then there's his media work to either work around or try and get him out of. That won't be an easy process however the people running the club need to take responsibility for the last two results because even with all that there's no way it should take this long to appoint someone.

They could do a proper announcement of where we are at in the process, rather than a half arsed 5 minute interview from Speakman as per Saturday which was slipped out when the club knew most people would be at or on their way to the match.

Do you think the communication from the club is beyond reproach?

I’ll bet I know their answers, and I’m not saying I agree with them btw, but it would be

a) none of your business you’ll know when and if I’m ready to tell you, this is my club, my investment and I’ll run it how I see fit, if you don’t like it then I suggest you find another hobby to fill your time.

I’ll bet I’m not a million miles away cos that’s exactly how Ashley treat them fuckers, and as much as I hate to say it, cos I want the lad to succeed here, he’s appearing very ashleyesque atm imho.
