The idea of DoF and head coach is that the coach can be easily and quickly replaced but the overall strategy remains on track.

If he has been employing commercial staff, why could we not organise the opening of a club shop in the run up to the season starting, or in the run up to Christmas? There are non league teams with shops that have longer opening hours than ours. Why is it impossible to buy a kit online in any size except XXXXXXXL, and even then it's not a proper Sunderland strip? Why is it still impossible to get through to the ticket office?

If he has been employing recruitment staff, what benefits have we seen from that? A bunch of kids who are knackered by February, 10 wingers, and no cover at centre back or up front?

What do you think have been the main benefits from these commercial and recruitment staff he has supposedly employed?

Or anything else in his first year?

I'm starting to think a 25 year old using his daddies money isn't the right thing for our club. I expect after a couple more seasons of league 1 football and putting in the bare minimum amount of cash, he'll sell up and move onto another plaything. And who will be waiting to snap us up? Probably another chancer looking to make a quick buck
