I don't think he realises the potential here....we are competing against teams who have 10% of our support.... Wycombe last night had a crowd of 3800....we are totally rudderless at the moment and need to get someone in quick, but after the last week we've probably put some off.
This time last season we all said on here LJ needs to be given time and bring his own players in and if we didn't go up he deserved this season to show his potential....that's all gone and back to square one again....not sure I agree with sporting director role and keano certainly would not ..... keano won't come now need to look at successful managers who seen it done it etc what about Dave Challioner.....did well at pools and has sorted Stockport....all very frustrating
 
You know what? I’ve only had a few hours sleep and still angry as fuck. I don’t want to hear any empty rhetoric from the club, as a matter of fact I don’t want to listen to them at all. It doesn’t matter what KLD has to say, he should be taking the bull by the horns. We can only assume he appointed Speakman as Sporting Director, a man with no experience in the job, whose first task was to replace Parkinson, if reports are true he managed to fuck over Poyet and appointed another loser. His second was to appoint an U23 coach, he couldn’t be bothered and decided that whilst Rome burned, he would just give it to 2 interim people. One of those, his mate, hasn’t even kicked a ball in anger and is employed as an INDIVIDUAL player development, the clues in the name FFS. He has now filled the squad with kids, not replaced or reinforced critical positions in the team and has in fact managed to weaken a piss poor defence. His fourth challenge was to replace the loser that he appointed and we all know what happened next. He has failed in every aspect of the role and shouldn’t be anywhere near this club. He is the epitome of what this club is all about, all talk no action. They can all talk a good job, well apart from Dodds, and are all cut from the same cloth.

Dodds was supposedly in part charge when Clotet left Birmingham, with Craig Gardner according to the Echo. well guess what? They lost 3 out of the last 4 and the only one they drew was an equaliser deep into injury time against the rock bottom club. Yet Speakman had faith in the coaching team. He is an arrogant cock who has took it for granted that Sunderland could beat these “smaller clubs”.
There is no point in a long term plan, when the people you employ cannot get the short term right.
 
I'd like a bit more honesty from.the top. I'd like to know who owns what of the club. I'd like to know why a NDA was put in place. I'd like to know why our transfer activity was so slow to get going in the summer. I'd like to know why we didn't spend 500k on the pitch in the summer.

I think RAWA should go public with such questions (and more) and demand answers. Since we entered league 1 the support has been lied to or at best fed half truths and in honesty that hasn't changed. And the reason for this and probably the reason for the bulk of the above is madrox imo.

They may and try and cover failings within the club st5ucture by appointing keane but supporters patience has just about gone now.

The club are not going to tell us fan's who owns what at the club. It's like there are just taking the piss out of us now
 
It’s all very good liking posts on Instagram when things are going well but if it goes wrong, it makes you look like a fool.

At the moment we look like a club being run by a 23 year old.
