Anyone know what kind of football Mccann and Lennon play? Other than shite, that is

Well, Lennon had a 22.7% win percentage during his previous time managing an English side and McCann despite a promotion from League One, managed to lose more games for them than he won. So, regardless of style, they are both as you say, shite.

Need Keano in asap. If no manager is unveiled i’m going to not watch the wimbledon game cos we’ll get the same outcome as the last 3. LJ’s streak still going strong it seems. Long f***ing balls all the second half were embarrassing. Doyle & Cirkin are totally out of form and some actual leadership in that dugout as well as the pitch is needed badly.
Speakman in that interview about hiring a new manager: “we won’t be rushed”. What an absolute idiot.
Looking like a right tit this fucker.

If it’s not Keane, the new managers going in to the job in toughest conditions I can remember any new manager having to deal with.

Players terribly out of form or desperate for a rest are ones we have no backup for. Last 3 games will have sucked the confidence and moral out of the squad. Fans were as united as I can remember in wanting 1 man and will be equally as united in not wanting whoever it is.

This all being made 10x worse by the appointment taking so long. Realistically appointment has to be today or don’t see how anyone (including Keane) can come in and turn it around

For what it's worth....

I don't think Keane was anywhere near their first choice for the job. I think they wanted someone younger who would fit in with Speakman and KLD and be happy to work with their date led approach

They publicly flirted with the idea of Keane in order to put a few thousand on the gate, and to help them drive a hard bargain with their preferred candidate

But they completely misread the mood of the fans, who really wanted Keano, and who would be hostile to their preferred candidate, and when Keano made it know he as up for it, they were in trouble

They are no stringing it out in order that

1. If keane does sign they can pretend it was on their terms

or

2. if keane walks away they can tell fans they really tried, but Keane wouldn't play ball, and then appoint the person they wanted all along

I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s exactly what’s happened.
