If he was, if talks were advanced we wouldn’t have interviewed 3 candidates today.

Clear KS doesn’t want him. Worried about his role when Keane will have his own ideas about signings etc.

We’ll be getting a Yes man coach.

Or we're still sorting things out with Keane and, since we can't do anything until we do that, we decide we might as well do a further interview with the others so that, if the talks break down with Keane, we can move quickly for the second target rather than f***ing around for even longer. Its either a sign that Keane isn't coming or its the club actually being professional and having a contingency plan. Could be either but there's no need to jump to the negative of the two possibilities

Mind, no reason to assume they're right, but if they are they're making it sound as if it's us holding it up, not Keane. Surely when it's Keane, mccann, Neil, lennon and lamouchi there's not really much of a decision to make?
