Recruitment hasn't been dreadful. But there's areas where it hasn't addressed what we need. I think a more forceful personality like Keane could help with that personally.

Eitherway Keane takes over on Wednesday, training session, backroom staff etc. and the momentum and excitement kicks up for next weekend.
