I can't see Lennon getting it however its Sunderland.

Too f***ing right.
They've done nothing to manage expectations in the Keane situation....if he was pricing himself out of the job surely those demands would be known from the get go. Instead they've flounce around looking like a shitshow in a tornado.
Credibility is being tested ...and thus far they've failed

Irrespective of who they appoint, its disgusting we have waited this long and are so arrogant to think that an Individual Player Development Coach, will have the wherewithal to beat Doncaster and Cheltenham. As an Individual Player Development, the clues in the f***ing name, why has he been appointed as an U23 coach let alone first team duties.
 
I once got a job after “interviewing very well”. I was enthusiastic, researched all I could about the company, asked lots of pertinent questions, blah blah blah. I was the wrong person for that job coz I hated it, only wanted the money and left after five months. Sometimes you just have to go with your hunch, Speakman, if you’re reading…..
 
I've been as frustrated by not concluding as anyone fearing Roy will just say "stick it up yer bollocks then" however perhaps testing his ability and true desire to be here in the face of adversity and disciplined expectation is not such a bad thing.
If he's too edgy to go through the process he'll be too edgy to endure the first time he's told we can't afford X,Y or Z.
Hope we get him in soon with the right understanding

If they get this appointment wrong, with season ticket renewals due in the next few months they are risking a huge backlash.
