We’ve lacked a proper captain type for months -don’t have one and for me one should have been identified and brought in .
Yesterday the team were looking at each other just other after the second went in for someone ( more than one ideally ) and we could see no one stepped up .You dint need a fancy title to see that is a massive part of what’s missing-leaders

I agree, leaders needed. Most that might fulfill that role have missed a lot of football. Wright, O’Nien and McGeady in particular. All have their faults and detractors but do have leadership qualities to a degree.

The interview wasn't "released" yesterday, it was actually done yesterday, pre-match.
