It’s looking increasingly poor (and I say that as someone who was somewhat lauding it earlier in the season - having seemingly jumped the gun). With recruitment, the proof of the pudding is on the eating. It’s a results business.
With you on this mate,we have recruited poorly but also without balance. No way we can go on with 3 CBs who are no great shakes anyway. Also bringing in Clark, and Roberts when we already had lightweight dajaku. Its the recruitment of people who have no intention of going up

..i can't say anymore than what i already have mate. Speakman today has just killed the place. How many times can i say Keane got offered it...accepted it and it was all done. Hand on heart, that's as far i got told as of yesterday.
Believe you lad but do you reckon that interview has shafted things?

We need to hang onto Keane coming after todays gloom.
Keane himself at 8pm on Friday said it would take a couple of days to sort out.
Once of his virtues is his honesty.
Stay with it people.
If he’s any sense of normality he shouldn’t touch this shower of shit with a barge pole

You're right mate, but they clearly don't have that contingency plan otherwise they would have implemented it.
Poor management, showing up a lack of depth beneath the veneer of professionalism in my humble opinion.

It may well get done. But it isnt done yet, and it certainly wasnt done last Sunday. So I am right, you're talking shite.

Because it's probably close to being done.

Not difficult to understand surely?
And you can tell that can you? Or are you just a bit pissed off cos we got beat today and maybe had a drink and for some strange reason decide you’ll take it out on people on here? Grow up

Keane's gift is his ability to set standards, which I think we all agree is necessary. I am not convinced he can impose those standards on this squad , though, and after today I think we all know he would be onto a dud. To be clear I am talking of professional standards. It pains me to say it but Keane is better waiting than thinking he could move back a tide.

The playing squad were a disgrace today. (And, clearly, last week)
