This is exactly what I was talking about for months - we've never played well. We had a streak of wins, but almost all of them were a case of the ball just going our way.
We've never actually played well consistently this season. That's the big problem and today is no different (because today is the same formations, methods etc)

This is actually worse than last week, we're just playing worse opposition.

He doesn't break up the play and he's incapable of passing the ball 5 yards. What the fuck is the point of him being in there if he's unable to do the bare minimum from a centre mid??

I definitely don’t want to give these fuckers any single excuse but Jesus Christ the pitch is an absolute disgrace. The way the ball bobbles and randomly loses pace man. No point in trying to identify a style of play if our own home pitch can’t even support it!!!
