Surely it 'll not come down to McCann, I'd rather have the Warlock for 17+ games.

He interviewed well, hope they don't fall for the bullshit again.
Me too, he would get us up this year and we would probably also do well in the championship next year.

However Warnock is shite in the top flight, it’s a step too far for him. He is also probably too old to see it through.

Keane in my opinion could get us back to the premier league. He feels comfortable at the club and he’s done it before. It really is a no brainier for me.

If he decides not to take it there’s gonna be some reaction…….bloke who does get it instead of Keane is already starting the gig needing snookers.

I’ll be deflated definitely but in reality I couldn’t care less who the manager is as long as we get promoted.

football and sunderland afc were both very different when he last did it

I think KLD knows that McCann would deflate the club, he won’t make the mistake that the other fellas have made. Just need Keane to accept the terms and it’s his

To be fair McCann has done more than Keane in management in recent years and has been promoted from this division only last season. He's not exactly box office but isn't a terrible choice either.
to be fair, he is to me. I've said it numerous times before the whole place needs a lift, a character not some dull boring fucker who has done it before and may or may not do it again. He also got them relegated, funny how people mention promotions and forget relegations. The whole place needs dragged, kicking and f***ing screaming and I doubt McCann is that person

That he's clearly done a good job to get them up and it won't have exactly been easy at Hull either given everything going on in the background.
No continuity though, he got sacked soon after. We need someone who can operate effectively at all levels. Grant McCann won’t manage us in the premier league.

If he doesn’t want it that’s on him

He is lucky to get this offer

We are a great job

That’s why I don’t get why people like McCann are being considered

It’s just more of the same

How exactly do we know he interviewed well ? -surely that’s not great leaking that type of stuff before other candidates are spoken to -did the others not interview well ? -lazy guesswork
We’ve got journos all over contradicting each other -probs because they have no “ sources “ at the club because we are irrelevant!
Who's the others?

Kld liking that post might be a big mistake if this doesn't come off. He doesn't seem to have got much wrong but it would be up there with many of the gaffs olwd stewie would drop when he had the twitter account. You can't like a post like that and expect fans not to read into it.
Would seem a tad ill advised in hindsight if it was indeed premature
