McCann might be at the AOL but the club have to interview people. I suspect the BAME candidate (Kisnorbo) would have been done via Teams/Zoom.
 
Well considering the owner has been liking posts about Keane I'm going to take that as he already has him in mind. Staying positive it is Keane coming in.

Din't kna much about him aside from getting promotion mind. I thought Hull looked ordinary as owt every time we played them last season. Couple of standout players won them that league - full backs were the best in the division by a street.

Our draw with Hull at their place was the best game of the season last year. Two good attacking teams. They were great going forward. We played 3 in the middle with Leadbitter, Scowen and Winchester and it worked really well. I couldn't understand why Johnson didn't play that again. Hull were excellent that night as were we. They played really good attacking football but what came across was their passion and they had a bit of arrogance about them as if they thought they were better than us. It was only one game but they were impressive.

There’s some absolutely class lads who get info. Some who don’t and are Wums.

Reiver by all accounts is an absolutely sound bloke. But out of the blue when the dell stuff was going on he seemed to get a tip off, and just backed himself into a corner with it. I think he did get a snippet, but he didn’t know when to stop so just kept going.

He’s now about as itk as I am, but feels the need to keep up the facade on the other board. God knows why as he’s really well liked.

I reckon they’ve spoke before today. No way is KLD and his brother liking posts about Keane coming back at the beginning of the week if they had no intention of getting him. You surely wouldn’t do that when you still have to wait several days before even interviewing?
