Do the people who want Keane want him to get a 3 year contract or one till the end of the season ?

No, but that was more obvious from the moment LJ was sacked.
Listening to Speakman on the podcast he had been in touch with Defoe last Summer and also for the last 4 weeks or so since being released. The more I listened to him I realise it is well organised now with a plan, he knows what a player needs to have recruitment wise. Defoe was always on the cards, along with an insight in to thier succesion planning for head coach, so was oy aware of the opening before last Sunday? a good listen and exciting times ahead!! HTL

Like I say weak mentality, no leaders on the pitch, if plan a isn't working then it's up to the players as well to make decisions for themselves not look to the manager for continued guidance. You can bet your life keane will be wanting them to take responsibility and make decisions for themselves.
Completely agree, it's worth noting in his final period with us Keane was in the technical area a lot more. I'm sure he said he was having to almost talk players through the game and not just give bits of advice/instructions.

Hopefully he has learnt from such experiences and hopefully, if he brings his own people in, they can set up a defence!
