Aye just had it on there.
My guess is that Keane gave him a harsh but firm b*****ing over something at Villa and the delicate bairn never got over it.

Concerning but sort of expect it. Agbonlahor was about 2 stone overweight by then and stealing a living but doesn’t mention that!aye i just heard it
and its pretty much what everyone who is apprehensive about him coming back is saying.
Giz the gist.
Don’t you EVER say that to me again!
I’d imagine Tony Loughlan would be in the frame, left Burnley to have hip surgery last summer and hasn’t resurfaced anywhere yet as far as I know.Who would he his assistant?
Well, you say that, but I'm not sure that's actually the case.
After surviving in our first season, it seemed clear that the thinking was to improve the quality of the squad. Get better footballers. Started with the Tottenham three (was it gonna be four? Who was the fourth? I can't remember now. Kaboul perhaps?) Diouf, Ferdinand, McCartney and Cissé. Not a bad window on paper.
Our position at the time though, our budget and pulling power etc, probably meant that you had to make certain compromises when signing players. So Tainio for instance probably came with those injury problems - a bit like Corey Evans nowadays. Then there's the character of the players.
Now to be honest, I don't think Keane had any problems with Malbranque, Ferdinand, McCartney or the biggest of them all Cissé - Djib clearly had a decent bond with him. The problem children always looked to be Chimbonda - who never looked quite sure he wanted to be here - and Diouf. Now both of these lads performed very well in the derby - Diouf woulda been a decent alternative shout for MOTM. Quality wise, Chimbonda was our best right back of the Premier League era for me, but there was obviously a disciplinary issue there. But the whole thing seemed to upset the makeup of the dressing room more than anything. It was some of the lads who'd gotten us there that were getting the brunt. Whitehead probably a case in point whereby things were becoming strained.
Keane himself has since admitted he probably expected too much too soon. As probably did we. Yeah we had some bad results, but we were still ticking along, We had a couple of good results immediately after his departure, but the rest of the season was a tough old slog, and we stayed up by the skin of our teeth.
I've rambled here like and don't think I've gotten me words round everything I wanted to say, but I'll defend Keane's second season now just as I did back then. Ultimately he walked, and it's a shame, and it seems to me like he himself would admit that.
Giz the gist.
Gives me goosebumps. The end of the game against Burnley when we all stayed behind singing that was amazing.Haha. Me too, was signing Hey Jude in the shower this morning
Hasn't managed at club level for 10 years, game has moved on, failed everywhere apart from here etc
Keane isn't going to accept a 6 month deal like. He will want a proper crack at it.
He will walk back into a media role, he is box office. That won't even come into consideration.
TriggsWho would he his assistant?
But the crucifixions outside goodison ensured it could never happen again. We did I was there & it was 7-1
I wouldn't piss on Agbonglahor if he was on fire so fantastic news.aye i just heard it
and its pretty much what everyone who is apprehensive about him coming back is saying.
I keep forgetting about him to be honest, I feel like he's flown under the radar with the arrival of Defoe at the same time and now the Keane talk.He would have a huge impact on Matete too who sounds like a more similar styled player to Keane.
