Tbf to Keane, if I had to put up with Micah Richards’ stinking craic I’d get as far away as possible anarl. He won’t get the job. He isn’t good enough. Rob Edwards would be class

Don’t remember how Keane did with young players last time. My fading memory is telling me his team was almost exclusively experienced pros over 25

Is every appointment not a risk?- we are not very good at appointing guaranteed success
Seems the vast majority are behind it if it happens -let’s go with it if so -get behind him and Defoe et al and see where it goes
Won’t be dull that is for sure -if you haven’t seen it watch Defoes interview that gets me excited if nothing else
Our new midfielder sounds very good as well according to supporters of his old club so lots to be positive about
It was a massive risk the first time when he had no management experience. He got us up and kept us in the premier. Doesn’t seem to have been overly volatile at villla or Ireland.
I agree with you- no more risky than the other names mentioned

Agree -née chance of Micah getting the job

It was poor management IMO. Johnson should have never got the job. We have given the job to 3 journey man lower league managers and they've all been deservedly sacked.
Disagree. Jack Ross was a young manager with bright prospects.

Parkinson was the worst appointment in the clubs history.

LJ improved the club. The sacking was harsh I thought, I liked him.

We need someone to organize our defence and instil some grit and determination. My abiding memory of Keane’s teams was that they fought to the end and snatched points at the death rather than throw them away. If he can work with the DOF and KLD and get us organized it could work.
It’ll have the stadium rocking that’s for sure.
Who was the kid who scored in the last minute of an away game, took his shirt off, jumped into the crowd and got booked?
I have an awful memory but I can picture it.
