It's a funny old thing that. Some names keep getting jobs, others don't.

He has however had assistant jobs, which included a pretty successful 5 year spell with Ireland.

Who knows why he hasn't been given an opportunity but why discount him on those grounds? Plenty people like Grayson are never out of work long but what use are they?
