Keane makes the club more professional, he intimidates the opposition and takes the pressure away from the players as the focus is on him. He takes no shit but is always one argument away from walking out.

Just because he's interested doesn't make him suitable.
His temperament is questionable in the white hot arena that is footy management.
The club need to take their time and appoint someone with the potential to lead the club for the next 3 to 5 years

Indeed. Plus, if you listen to his interview with Neville last year (when he talks about a desire to get back in to management), he speaks about how he misses motivating players and focussing on getting ready for the next game. He says he's got no interest in dealing with contracts etc.
