Today’s trouble at the match

Bit lively that day out the back of the away end. There was a skip at the top of the road which was emptied by them and they came at us with allsorts, mind we came out, turned to the right and seemed every single one ran straight into them. Went on a while n'all as the Coppers didn't know what to do.
Seem to remember those green double deckers they put on to take us back to Thornaby Station all had their windows put out as well.

Oh what mate, worst I have even seen! Boro was game as owt that day but mind anyone who ever went to the old Ayresome Park will know the meaning of "trouble" not yesterdays stone island brigade mob dancing.
Correct me if I am wrong but there was hell on that day in the stand to our left
???? I’m taking about the 11 knackers on the pitch

I got that after mate. Ha

I can remember their fullback (used to play for Villa, can't rememebr his name) coming right up to our corner to celebrate when they scored and a Steward ending up upside down in the middle of our fans. Some dirty article spat at me after when it was kicking off as well. Happened to me twice down there, that.

Yes mate I remember that now. A flashback there like. Ha

The last time we played them in the cup, they made our minibus stop right where they are bottlenecked coming from the town centre to the ground and us get out - obviously knowing there would be a reaction from them, which there was and they stood back and filmed it.
They've always been like that there.

Aye they kicked us off the train that day in Hartlepool and we had to get a coach there stopped up top of road and made us jump out.

So we can actually clear up.
There was no trouble yesterday. Lets break it down.

Plenty of verbal abuse, objects thrown, whilst not nice to see, its not trouble!
Stone Island kids dancing with the police, again not nice, but if you ever went to Ayresome Park you'd know trouble!!
What else, reducing our allocation because of drugs??!! Ha. Welcome to the real world, this goes on every weekend in every town, city in the country and the world, again not nice to see but its part of life now. Nothing to do with allocations, its life.

Owt else or can we end the thread now.....

There was a few punches thrown like I’ve just watched a few clips on Facebook so trouble was “minor” been worse at Bolton.

But throwing bottles into a stand with kids for me is a cowards trick IMO and Bolton selling glass who has that bright idea 😂

I wouldnt argue, but not WW3 like some are suggesting! "Few punches" is nothing though. My god go out in Newcastle on a Saturday night. Pleased its been cleared up mate. Neither nowt nor summat

Nah not even the cod war mate. Police were just looking for a fight too as always.

The last time I probably seen serious bother at a Sunderland game was in around 2009

Not sure it’s what’s causing the hassle but there is some amount of sniff getting done at our away games like.

Welcome to life!! I went out when I got back last night in Durham, most on it. So...... 1 of my mates gets to be an angry sod in Vodka and cant drink it, sniff calms him down..... So there you go
