Would the mags ladies team be able to fly over to Saudi and compete in sporting events?

From Day one, I've said that Staveley was the oddity in all this. PiF didn't need her, and they certainly could have found a way to circumvent the O&D test using their own people. Yet somehow, this woman (Who was desperate to buy the club in the past) became the front for PiF. Its almost like its her project entirely.
Its like she's playing with other people's money. She's like the kid using Mum & Dads bank card to play Candy Crush, they are ok with it now, but at some point they may tell her enough is enough. That point may be quite soon if Newcastle go down.
Then what?
They could buy her out, but then they've got a club they probably dont want. PiF. The clue is in the "I". Investment. Football is a terrible investment. If it really was about "Sportswashing" then I think money will speak. They can spend their money elsewhere and get better results than forking out huge salaries in the championship.
Or they could simply put their stake up for sale and cut their losses. Then its anyones guess who comes in. But given the fact Ashley couldnt sell the club when it was a stable, well run business.... they might have a hard time selling a club with players on silly money.
Or they could start asset stripping. Demanding the sales of players to recover some of the money.
its all speculation, and no one really knows what is going on. But if I was a Newcastle fan, I'd be getting very twitchy.
They are complete scum. It's the way they try to defend their new owners. It's disgusting and there are a few toon fans who I used to know who I will no longer speak to. They can still support their club and have a go at the owners, but they make excuses for it..complete and utter scumYou must be logged on to see media items
I genuinely believe the PL & Masters didn't want this and it was the The Eton Mess who pushed it through after a text from MBS threatening a drop in arms trade. Reuben the Mega Tory would have been in his ear too.So here’s a hypothetical, Richard Masters from the premier league allowed the NUFC takeover based on assurances that the Saudi state wasn’t involved in the running of the club. If they are relegated, does NUFC and the response and reaction to any breaking of promises become an ‘EFL matter’ in which case does the rules and agreement/threats from Premier League transfer seamlessly to EFL or can EFL effectively apply their own EFL rules and do what they like with them punishment wise?
Would laugh my c#ck off if they get relegated and championship brings in salary cap or something and suddenly all their new spending power means nothing and all big wage earners have to be sold![]()

She brokered the deal that kept Barclays out of the Government's hands after the banking crash.Yeah, I never understood why it needed 3 different groups of owners with stavely and her borrowed piggy bank money, the largest Tory doner who is worth a few billion and then the Saudi government.
Surely the last 2 could have bought it by themselves? Presuming she’s made a couple of good investments for the saudi’s in the past and they’ve invested for her as a favour?

Spot-on. I've said all along the investment part leads to them being far from the richest club in the world. From Day one, I've said that Staveley was the oddity in all this. Aye seen them, was probably about her too wasn't that takeover laughed off as a pure fantasy ?Loads of photos of her (see Google images) with a Liverpool scarf on when she hoped to buy them. Sad Saudi sympathising, big headed b***h.
Hope so, however I have a feeling they win get a win today.I absolutely hope Leeds do a number on those lot!!
3-0 please!!![]()
