I'm sure ASM was really injured and didn't think "Well, that's my highlight reel for other clubs sorted, I'll have a sit down now."

Has a curious habit of being crocked 70 mins in when he doesn't fancy it.

He played his heart out and scored, as per usual. Unfortunately he is the only reliable 'out' ball and when in possession, and has nobody he can reliably pass to....especially with Wilson missing.

I am not holding my breath of late as they have a penchant for landing on their feet.

In theory they should be doomed, but the teams around them are also equally as dire and as a result they are not dead and buried despite everything.

All it takes is one win to get out of the bottom three, and then the whole psychology changes.

Saying that, apart from their Burnley win they are continuing to throw away their most winnable games which will count most in the end.

Robbie Savage made a decent point on punditry - they can't keep the ball out the net. If they've can't keep a clean sheet, they will likely go down.

Trippier was very poor. Worst I’ve see him in years. Wood was anonymous.

Dreadful team tbf. Completely reliant on ASM for any type of creativity/opening and half the time he just gives the ball away.

I’ve watched some shite over the years and they are right up there with the best of them

ASM I think
Aaaaah. Cheers.

I watched them on the telly last season and they played well. ASM, Wilson and Willock were superb. They won and I mentioned it being a worrying development on here. A few of their lot on here said it was the best they’d played for months. Thankfully it was a flash in the pan.

Willocks turned into the type of loanee-signing we were snapping up in the PL.
Wilsons out injured as often as he’s fit.
ASM knows he needs to do it on his own.
Trippier must be having regrets already.
Wood is money down the drain.

Its a welcome distraction from our own troubles is all.
Good Derby's next year
Hartlepool coming up like?

Don't agree about Trippier, but otherwise fair. We'll struggle in the Championship with this lot.

He got his arse constantly ripped out, then got megged and ur cb had to bail him out. Nearly every Watford attack was down your right.

You’ve never seen Trippier that poor since his early spurs days

I'd put money on him seeing the writing on the wall and declaring himself injured for the rest of the season at some point, to make sure he passes a medical elsewhere. He'll go missing when we need him.
Aye he’s a good lad.
