Ran Newcastle well, pretty comfortable Premier League team with occasional qualifications for Europe with 2 blips into the championship of which he blew the leagues budgets away to get out of and spent a lot of money in the PL despite what the mags might say, ran them well and always had them in a good financial state.

Derby would be in very good hands if he takes over.
 
Having just made a 70 million profit on a club he ran into the ground he probably thinks it’s easy to make money in football , buy Derby cheap now when they are on the brink of going bust , minimal spending on players etc but keep them ticking along and sell them for a profit in a few years will be his idea.
