Certainly seems to be a lot of positive views about his work from RB Leipzig and Hoffenheim fans/employees. As well as quite a few other people in the football industry, can't say I know too much about him.

From the interview I saw with Shaw he seemed more annoyed with his team mates than anyone else. Nobody was going to walk into Man Utd and just make the whole thing click.

Just been on Sky that Arsenal will listen to offers for him - he'll end up at the mags on loan. Massive panic signing.
