Said on match thread that Lurch face and hair bear commentary was so bad. Man U fans at home listening would have thought the pair of them had been gang raped in the Trafford centre.

At one point Man U nearly scored and it was offside and Lurch was devastated until he seen the flag . Weird it was
Who's lurch face and hair bear

Its a missed opportunity without a doubt. Generally their performances have been shocking yet last night they put on a decent display and still can't win. They've now played more games than anyone else in the bottom half and the two directly above them have 3 and 4 games in hand. They're in deep, deep shit.

The problem is the teams with 3-4 games in hand also can’t find a win to save their lives. It’s infuriating to think that after 1 win in 19 or whatever they are still in it. You just know if it was any of our premier league seasons we’d be about 21 points from safety. They are lucky as fuck.

The problem is teams are rarely 10+ points away from safety. If this was us we would all say we were down. The fact they’ve played 3-4 games more and haven’t managed to get out of the bottom 3 is minging.

Stats can be really misleading though can't they.

Dan Neil has scored 2 and got 1 assist all season yet people on the Burnley thread are suggesting he's a 30m player. Stats can easily be manipulated.

I guess all you wanted was a club that tries.....

You can dress it up all you like but if he is the new big hope in centre mid you are not going to get anywhere with completion rates like that, losing more tackles than you win and conceding possession to a team that were there for the taking.

To get to 35 points you are now 6.5 adrift. So as well as getting the requisite 0.92 ppg you also need to recover those at 0.34 ppg.....so 1.26 ppg for the next 19 when you have managed 0.58 ppg so far.

So from the next 3 games you need 3.8 points v Everton, Soton and Watford, else the task gets even bigger.

Just did a comparison of us in 2015-16 and mags this season...

They play saints away on Sunday.Lose that after not winning at everton they will be doomed.Leeds play Burnley which at least generates points for teams around them.Hopefully Watford win tonight.Norwich will finish bottom.
