Disagree. The defender had already taken/cleared the ball and was away. The gk had came to collect it, and if the defender hadn't have did what he did then the gk would have collected the ball fairly, the attacker would have gone over him and no-one would have made a peep.

Mark Halsey and Dermott Gallagher?? I think, both said it was the most blatant penalty they had seen, if the ball was 10 yards out of the box and the keeper fouled a player in the box it’s still a penalty. I’m not sure the actions of others matter if you wipe a player out.
