They have merely stated (by Royal Decree) that the state won't influence decisions. It is the most bizarre thing ever as PiF are funded by KSA (last year 40bn was transferred from FX reserves to PiF). It beggars belief that being the financial backers is not considered as influencing decisions. But that ship has sailed. It will turn to shit, it always does.
