Then the bloke went down to shout at him and there was another ‘discussion’ between them. Plenty others shouting at Johnson by that point. Appeared that Johnson either flicked the Vs again or waved his hand.

Not sure what the bloke said on the radio but unless he said he never initially shouted at Johnson, not sure why he’s being called a liar. Highly strung and a bit wound up maybe :lol:

The radio clip is on here. He said he shouted at him to tell him to walk and got a response he didn't like so walked down to say something and had the v's flicked at him so described it pretty much how you have. He's definitely tried to lay it on thick by saying it's a disgrace or whatever to try and get Johnson into trouble.

Whole thing is canny funny imo

Just listened to the clip. The bloke has told no lies there like despite what a fairly prominent poster said above.

I heard someone shout what he’s claiming to have shouted and also someone else shout ‘Johnson that was shite’. I just assumed it was him who’d shouted the shite thing. The rest unfolded exactly as he said as well.

It’s not a sacking issue but it wasn’t sensible. Hopefully the bloke calms down a bit as well.

Grips do indeed to be got. But the bloke wasn’t telling any lies. Johnson turned round immediately looked at him and did what the bloke said. I watched the lot. Anyway, bit of a storm in a teacup.

Nee need for Johnson to be sacked (not for that anyway) but he should remind himself that he shouldn’t be interacting with supporters in a particularly aggravating manner and the bloke needs to calm down.

No need for anyone to be called liars here though. Just a frustrated fan.
 
Without hearing the bloke giving him stick or seeing anything that happened I’d like to say this and cover both bases.

some fuckin halfwit giving u stick who’s probably never kicked a ball in his life would get on ya nerves when it’s obvious that the manager doesn’t want to have a bad performance from his team and ultimately be let down by one stupid error from an individual that’s sort of out if his control.
so I’m that sense I can see why the manager would be tempted under the circumstances to tell the knacker to piss off or whatever.

flip side of that is I can see why people are starting to get fucked if with this bloke and his decisions and tactics.

once u start reacting to muppets in the stands ya on a hiding to nothing.

Johnson seems like he knows which way the direction is blowing and he’s starting to react.

our football today again was dreDful and he has to take responsibility for it.

As we can see on the left he is looking at the fan, then when he raises the hand (which may be a v or a middle finger) he isn’t looking at him and the hand is pointing in a completely different direction.

i was there. I seen exactly what happened. And Johnson did a very similar gesture directly to the bloke again afterwards as well.

Thought the football was decent today tbh, especially second half, just finishing let us down. Been in good form Oxford and it was basically all us after they equalised.

The people who are outraged over this are probably the same who’ll have an argument at work and report the other party to their boss, or their lass when they get home.
