Not sure what more evidence could be unearthed to prove that PIF was indistinct from the Saudi state. PIF is headed by the ruler of KSA and all of its board are KSA government ministers. It manages funds on behalf of KSA and receives funds direct from the its central bank. PIF and KSA are not separate.

Emphasis very much on 'history' there.

Ive got no confidence in any of them with regard to this issue mate. None whatsoever. I’ve got a letter from a Labour mp as have others on here. Different MP, same letter. It mentions an independent regulator but does not in any way acknowledge the human rights issues which was the whole point of contacting them.
