They can't, it's not their land and never will be.

If they ever leave they'd have to pay for the demolition of the stadium and levelling of the ground.

Well I got GCHQ to decode your post. They wanted to know if it was a communication from a far away galaxy.
What used to be your club is OWNED ( same as they own you) by Conservative party donors and voters, and by murdering, child killing despots.
Not sure what the brickies and tilers have done but I’ll look into it.
