All felt like a bit of a anti climax after the last week. Best baker of the 3 won but Jurgen best baker of the series for me

Jurgen and Giuseppe were the two best bakers by far like, would have been a travesty had one of them not won.

Watched it with the bairn this morning, they've given it to Guiseppe over the series being the best, I honestly thought Christelle was going to win until the raw bread FFS.
Had a cry, it was all very lovely and a tad emotional. Jurgen was our favourite, I thought he was robbed to not make the final tbh.

I am happy Giuseppe won he was brilliant throughout more or less. I do think Crystalle blew it with the raw bread. I love this programme it just always makes you feel good.

She was a bit irritating to begin with but proper came across as quite emotional, genuine and canny as she progressed

Not that we need more ex bakers for TV shows etc, but you would think she might be a natural ?

And Liam, who was on a few years back presents both Bake Off: The Professionals and judges on Junior Bake Off.
Plus if one of them had happened to have made them before it would have been a huge advantage so hardly shoeing technical superiority
Chigs did come second in tech though and his carrot cake was chewy.
Really tight though and she just had to see out the last 15 mins of the match and do nowt daft......so familiar
Only just watched it, thought it was on tonight but couldn't see it on TV listings so I goggled it and nearly inadvertently saw the winner first

she's genuinely the sunderland of tv baking competitions... i think i like her more for losing in the manner she did than had she been crowned queen of the tent.
