Bit different though, the last couple of times they went down people were saying it's a hard league, they'll struggle etc and they absolutely pissed it. If they go down this time they'll have a manager quite suited to the league and will no doubt spend a bit. Added to the fact they'll almost certainly have a director of football by then. I just don't think it would be a complete disaster for them. If they can't get out of the championship then they'll do nowt in the prem anyway. If the people they've got do have the ability to make them competitive in the prem then one season in the championship will hardly knock the whole thing off course. So whether they get success or not, imo, won't be affected by whether they go down this season. If it was Sunderland I wouldn't be worried long term over one relegation in their position
