It passed on a technicality because by their own laws, it couldn't fail.

Should it, 100% yes. That's why the rules need changing. We all know that but until the rules changed, it had to be passed or they would be open to a legal challenge.

I can't imagine how that would occur once they had already been given the ok once. Even with a rule change, you would face legal challenges around loss of revenue etc that would be mental.

The position the EPL is in, is shit but it doesn't really have much choice. All it can do really is to change the rules to protect us from this sort of shit happening in the future.
 
Ima dip out before people start abusing me and calling me a terrorist sympathiser again. The PL are corrupt as fuck and need thoroughly investigating.

More blatant proof of corruption doesn't exist. He 'technically' followed the rules of the EPL to pass the takeover. Whether we like it or not he eventually acted as he should (as rules currently stand). To remove him now, shows he was appointed with an agenda.

The only reason it gets so high is because the mods merge every single mag related thread into one. If they did the same with, let's say, Sunderland match threads, that would beat it. We had over 60 pages just for the Bradford papa johns game that we didn't need to win.
